Interview
After the phone screening, there was a 1 hour in-person coffee meeting with 2 members from the team that this position would be joining. Following the successful in-person meeting, there was a 4+ hour panel with members from various teams, including more from the team I'd be joining.

The interview process was straightforward. Pretty much the basic QA interview most startups and companies of this size are doing.
The pros:

The cons:
The on site interview was bad. The interviewers repeated the same questions, half of them kept forgetting the questions to ask, most questions were very generic and didn't apply to the job nor the skill set required.
** The HR person took over a week to reply so they could interview other candidates in the mean time, which I get it, but I value my time so it would have been better to have that feedback asap.
