I originally applied through a job advertisement on Linkedin. I was then contacted by a recruiter and a phone call was scheduled to determine if I was a suitable candidate for the role I was applying for. The recruiter felt that I was suitable for this role and I ended up interviewing through another two video interviews with members of the IT Team based in San Francisco - this was all scheduled and confirmed through a recruiting coordinator via email. Due to time zones, these video interviews were scheduled for early evening. I then received a request for an onsite visit in the London offices. This involved four 1:1 interviews between 30-45 minutes with different colleagues across multiple departments of the company. These interviews covered some technical questions however the majority of the questions revolved around how I conduct myself in certain situations. I have noted the interview difficulty as average - the questions were reasonably easy to answer and discuss with the interviewers but I did find 3-3.5 hours of interviews can be a little taxing if you haven't interviewed that way before. They did provide a tour of the office and breaks in between so it isn't a continuous interview process. I am still currently within the interview process so technically haven't received an offer or a response as of yet (fingers crossed!).
