Good experience initially speaking with the recruiter. I then spoke to a member of the HR team for the next call and had a positive experience as well. Questions were pretty standard and I got a good impression of what the role and team were like. Later I spoke to the head of People, who was surprisingly rude and unpleasant, and made it very apparent that being there was an obligation. Even over video I could tell by facial expression that my answers were not well received. Totally understandable if I wasn't answering the questions well, but it's interviewing 101 that you don't show you're visibly unhappy or annoyed by an answer. If I had received an offer I would have declined it based on that final interviewing experience.

I had an initial call with a recruiter and during the entire interview their kid kept yelling in the background (at times, I felt like they were on the phone). It was extremely distracting and the recruiter seemed to be apathetic and disengaged.
