I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I checked Twitch job website and applied for this position online. 3 days later one of the recruit sourcer emailed me to schedule for a phone call and I reserved the closest available date. The sourcer called me and gave a quick description about the office environment, benefit and lunch, and then we scheduled for a video interview the following week.
The video interviewer was 7 minutes late, interviewer dressed and sit very casually, not a very talkative type of person, I did average to poorly on my respond, the question was simple, basically asking my twitch experience and why do I want to apply for the position. Interviewer was barely responding after I finished my answer. After the interview was done he provided the information about working schedule of the job, promotion opportunity, compensation and what are to be expected for the first few weeks.
2 days later (today) I was denied, the email was automail and no reason were given just like other denial messages.
