I applied to the position and just received an email with a link to a codility test. There was no recruiter call to check in with what I was looking for or what Twitch was looking for. The recruiter never responded to any of my emails and essentially ghosted me. My advice is avoid this place like the plague.
There was a phone screening with the recruiter, who was incredibly nice and friendly. He was very easy to connect with and from that call quickly moved me to speaking with the engineering manager. The engineering manager was not as friendly, very rude and didn't seem prepared to give an interview. He didn't seem to have a clear idea of what the project was and seemed to be asking questions on the fly.

Interview is more about based on problem solving and real life based problem it also wants little blend of development (web or app it's your choice) at last you should have a good command over communication skills too.
