30 min initial call with a team member and then longer interviews with other team members. The first 30 min call is framed as a screening but requires you to know an absurd amount of knowledge on Twitch, which is a poor screening mechanism for otherwise smart people. The interviewer scoffed when I listed out 5 channels I was aware of (that didn't seem to be enough for him). They seem to just be looking for a geeky gamer type who is obsessed with Twitch, rather than an innovative ex-consultant from a top firm. If that's your thing, maybe this job is for you.
