I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch in Mar 2021
Interview
Standard HR screening then a phone screen. The phone screen was a mess as they expect you write fully functional code as if you had an IDE but without any of the help an IDE provides. On top of that the interviewer offered absolutely no help except repeatedly saying "try more test cases" after I tried 8 different test cases but couldn't figure out what was a 1 line error and refused to move on from that point. It also seemed like he made no effort in preparing for the interview as he offered no help at all except expecting perfect code with unit tests in 20minutes.

I passed the Codesignal pre-screen and was invited to an intro call. The intro call included behavioral questions which I didn’t expect so I was not able to give good answers. The recruiter seemed cold and disengaged, he did not answer my email about interview process and did not turn on camera during the call, probably typical for big companies due to high volume of candidates.
At first I got the call from the recruiter for the screening process. Asked about the things on the resume work I did before. Then progressed to assesment round that consisted of OOPS coding question.
