Interview
My initial thoughts on the interview process is that it was moving along quickly which was good. I felt both phone interviews I had (one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager) went well. And to my delight I received an email on a Friday letting me know they wanted me to come in for in person interviews for the following week. I was very excited with this news and was eager to go in for the interviews. However, when Monday came around I assumed I was going to get an email to let me know the day and time to come in but instead I was let know that they wanted to cancel the interview because they had extended an offer to someone else. Who does that? Why would they even send me that email on Friday saying they wanted to move forward when they already had someone? In my opinion that was so unprofessional. I would have rather received an email letting me know they were moving forward with another candidate than trying to schedule the next steps and then canceling. It just shows they didn't have it together.
Several rounds of interviews where you were quizzed on company values. It was a fairly normal process in the office with an adequate amount of time for breaks. During this period you were given updates from the relevant HR representative. Following the interview there was a relatively brief period before the representative came back with the outcome.

Interview
5 rounds of interviews, asking basic behavioural questions. In the end got feedback that I don’t have enough technical skills, without the opportunity to prove any tech skills. 10 years of experience and I’ve never had a worse interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
I found the interview process to be well managed, timely and thorough. The process was strategically sound and something I fully support.
All interviewers brought something different to the process and were really able to delve into me as a person and as a manager. During the process I wanted more and more to be part of the team and family at Twitch thanks to the answers the Interviewers were able to give to my questions and the passion they showed for their company.
