It was not very focused. There were gaps and weird questions that did not pertain to my current, past or future jobs. There were too many interviewees (some that I don't think I would work with much) and the job description from each person was different. It seemed clear that they all had very different ideas as to what this person would do in the position.
Interviewing at Twitch was engaging and well organized. The team was thoughtful, transparent, and asked strong questions that reflected the role clearly. I appreciated the collaborative atmosphere and the chance to learn more about the company’s culture and mission.

I actually enjoy the behavioral questions and wholistic interview approach but the lack of questions about things that actually relate to the job I’d performing is kind of laughable. I don’t mind them asking but if they ask more questions as if I was a delivery guy vs the actual partnerships role I was interviewing for…well that doesn’t seem very smart.
