I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied online and received a response about a week after. Within another week I had a phone screen with a recruiter followed by an online coding challenge (2 questions on Codility). The following week had a video interview with a manager going over work experience and behaviorial type questions. This initial process took about 3 weeks in total.
They scheduled me for an on-site visit about two weeks out at the office in Irvine, CA; in the meantime, the recruiters offered lots of interviewing advice and even called a few days before to go over the schedule and what to expect. The on-site took about 6 hours and was broken into four 1:1 or 1:2 person interviews, a lunch break with "lunch buddies", and a recap with the lead recruiter.
The recruiting team was very polite, clear, and prompt, and the interviewers were very relaxed and inviting. Visiting the Twitch OC office itself was a blast -- they packed me "goodie bag" full of snacks, gave me a tour (which has some amazing game-related art), and made sure I felt at home before diving in. The team managed to turn what would normally be an intimidating interview marathon into a fun tech conversation. Hands-down the best recruiting experience I've ever had.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch (Taipei) in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Twitch (Taipei, Taiwan) in July 2018.
The interview process at Twitch was great. I had contact with a total of 6 different employees. Their interview process started with an HR phone screen, two video interview with General Manager and Director of Content - SE Asia , and two in-person interviews.
Although the interview process interview have some challenge questions it was refreshing to find a company who wants to hire the right employee and make sure the employee is capable to put in the work and do the job they are interviewing for.

Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter within a day. I had a phone call with the recruiter who asked some questions about my background and what I knew about Twitch.
I was then invited to the London office where I met the recruiter and had video conferences with 3 other people back to back on a panel.
The recruiter got in touch with me within a week to offer me the position.
