1st Interview: was a 20 minute phone screen with the hiring manager to briefly discuss my background and more about the role Take Home Assignment: in between there was a take home project to assess my communication, organization, and data analysis skills 2nd Interview (Final): the final interview was panel with different members from the operations team where they asked behavioral and operations questions
They are extremely communicative. The timeline moved quickly and each interviewer was prepared. The day of the panel interview was great as a result. Did not feel like time wasted.
