I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tyler Technologies (Plano, TX) in May 2017
Interview
The on site interview lasts about two hours. Make sure you show up early. Don't worry everybody is super friendly. They'll start by bringing you into a room with two senior developers who will ask you a series of C#, OOP, Sql, and Experience questions. After their questions you'll move on to the white boarding phase where they'll ask you to stand up and write down some Sql queries and some logic. For the logic you can write in sudo code or your preferred language. That will pretty much conclude the first half of the interview. After the first interview you'll meet with two new people who will ask you a series of work experience related questions. They will also try and gauge you as a person, so be yourself and respectful. When the interview is over they will answer any other questions you have for them. I hope this helps you as the other reviews have helped me.

Interview
Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!
