Started of with a phone screen with hr. Then a conference call with senior industrial engineer from the plant I had to applied to and one from another plant. Lastly, got invited to the plant to meet with the senior industrial engineer and get a tour of the plant, which included meat processing and the slaughterhouse. (I went to one of the beef processing plant).

You'll need to go through an up close and personal tour in one of their meat plants. They mostly need to see if you can stomach it. If you're used to working in that environment, you'll be fine. Its not for everyone,
