I was transitioning from one career to my current so there were many questions around the driver of that decision. It was a good experience overall.

Interviewed with HR over phone. Next day they called to schedule interview at corporate office. Arrived at corporate. Interviewed with 2 different managers. Toured R&D Center. Didn't hear back for 3 weeks. Called hiring manager and he said they decided to go in another direction.
