      Programmer/Analyst Interview

      Aug 21, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tyson Foods

      Interview

I was hired from an internship position. Becoming an intern is the best possible foot in the door for many positions in this organization. I recommend becoming an intern during your Sophomore or Junior year in college to maximize your potential and your impact for your team. This will allow you the best opportunity to roll into a full-time position upon graduation.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Be sure to be specific about your plan. Have an answer for "Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 Years?" Also, do your research. Be sure you can speak to the company's mission and values and explain why you want to work at Tyson Foods. Make sure you understand the position for which you are interviewing and be sure your professional ambitions align with that role.
