2 CSR Managers, 1 applicant. Told to apply directly as temporary was not a desired option. Did so as suggestion. Two weeks later inquire on status and shut down, why?
It was an easy phone interview where they talked about the position and provides examples of day to day and how I would react. They gave situations that have happened in the past and asked how I could act differently.
It was a great experience. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and I felt relaxed enough to complete the interview. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process and the interviewers. It was nice.
