thorough process, but do not be fooled, the process is designed well, not the interview teams
this is a company that was 24 hours from bankrupt 6 years ago. Many of the midlevel managers are not developed anywhere except Tyson. Make sure you carefully interview them as they interview you.
Do not look for the sophistication or education or talent you might experience from other 40 Billion dollar companies. This company has grown through acquisition not genius of sales and marketing.
Simple and straightforward. Spoke with the direct business leader who was very engaged and asked wonderful questions. They look for culture fit during the process which I appreciated. It was a pleasant experience.

First round interview was very professional and thorough. Interviewer was engaged and asked questions that were relevant to the position and my work history. Wasn't just another corporate screener asking half-relevant stuff.

Interviewed with a group of team members from various cross functions that I would engage with on a regular basis during project execution. Interview was in two phase with 3-5 persons each time.
