Tyson Foods Production interview questions

Applied at company, got call for interveiw the next day, had physical and urine drug screen started the next week The interveiwer looks for people who are well dressed and answers every question on the application

Easy 10 minute interview. No hard questions. They basically state what they need and what's expected and the cold environment and if you accept on spot, you go straight to health services for physical and drug screen. No what would you do in this situation or how would you feel. Basically just these are the physical requirements and can you perform work in those conditions. Physical health assessment was immediate on spot and just skim the basics. After assessments, sent back to HR and was told to come back that following Monday to start orientation.
