The interview process only consisted of one panel interview. This particular position had five slots open for five different departments, so the panel interview consisted of five associate directors whom each ask 2-3 questions a piece. While a panel interview can seem overwhelming, this one went very smoothly. Each spoke about their department and some of the requirements needed by each to support the mission. Afterwards, you were able to tell them about yourself and then the round of questioning began. It went quicker than expected and wasn't too stressful. Overall, for a panel interview, it was pretty seamless.

Very basic panel interview. The hiring manager was personable. The two analysts on the panel were disengaged, as though they had already made up their minds and were just going through the motions. They seemed to be doing other work while looking at their side monitors. One seemed to have a great deal of difficulty reading his own prepared questions.
