U.S. Department of Agriculture interview questions

Specific and to the point. Asked job specific questions and detailed questions regarding leadership and conflict resolution skills. The panel was made up of 4 people and they took turns asking questions. Ground rules were set up initially to explain the process and how it was going to be repeatable amongst all the candidates.

I was asked technical and behavioral questions. It mostly pertained how comfortable I was doing certain aspects of the job that are atypical to someone outside of agriculture. I was assed on how well I'd be able to take on my responsibilities and fit in with the work environment.
