U.S. Financial Technology Director interview questions

Spoke with recruiter and they seemed very knowledgeable about the company and position. Invited for phone screen with hiring manager then invited for in person interview with various managers and potential peers. Never got any feedback from the recruiter after spending a half day of my time with the in-person interviews. Never received a yea or nay after the interview which was sort of irritating. Saw a similar job posted at a lower level later so assume they decided to hire at that level, but never received any feedback.
