Overall, I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. I completed a total of five interviews, all of which were scheduled promptly. I appreciated the way the interviewers conducted the conversations and asked thoughtful questions, and the recruiter was always professional, responsive, and courteous. The only aspect that could be improved is the communication regarding the final hiring decision. It has now been about four months since I completed the interview process. Although I was informed that the process was still ongoing when I followed up, I have not yet received a final update on whether I am still being considered for the position or if a decision has been made. Even if the process is taking longer than expected, periodic updates or a final decision would greatly improve the candidate experience. Overall, I truly appreciated the opportunity to interview and the professionalism of everyone involved.
