Interview
Recruiters at USP India are very ruthless, and has lots of attitude problem........
Pros
Not sure as i am a candidate, however heard it is a good company with good benefits.
Cons
I had 2 rounds of interview Recruiter never interacts with softness, Recruiter is very rude in dealing with candidates and Recruiter yelled at me couple of times over phone. The major thing is never responds back to call or email. I was asked to be ready for Tele Interview and no one turned up on that day, i have taken off that day. I was calling but no response. Recruiter thinks has lots of knowledge on science and never allows to talk.
Advice to Management
I hope the management trains people how to behave with others and it is very important, I don’t know how seriously this comment will be taken or it will be just ignored.
I see so many comments are the management really taking action or it is just for information and data gathering.
We’re sorry you had this experience and appreciate hearing about it. As you mentioned, USP is a great company to work for and we take your comments very seriously. We want our candidates’ experiences to reflect the positive culture we have here. We want to hear more, please consider following up with us at feedback@usp.org so we can get more details and address your concerns. It’s important to us to get this right as we hope you’ll reconsider us for future opportunities.
