I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at U.S. Renal Care (Fort Worth, TX) in Jun 2014
Interview
The regional director interviewed me and was very polite. It was my first interview so I was a bit nervous but the director made the atmosphere very friendly. I enjoyed it. We were having laughs on some things that we were talking about. He asked me about my strengths and my weaknesses. He also asked if there was a time that I got to work late. He asked what was the best thing that I made for a patient and how did it affect me up to this point.
