Spoke with a recruiter who reached out for a phone interview. It went really well and she was happy to pass my name along to the hiring manager. She said I would here from them soon. She would let me know either way about an interview. She never got back to me. I emailed her and got no response. I really think recruiters need to treat candidates better.
