Interview
The interview process was very informal. I had a phone contact beforehand with the executive director. I came in for an interview that week. I got a call a few days later to sign and complete paperwork. The company was hiring a lot of temporary outreach people and I just got lucky with the right time and place. The other people that were hired with me seemed less qualified than I was.
