My interview was online with two people representing different shifts. I've heard from coworkers that their online interviews had more people present. Both interviewers were friendly, and seemed genuinely curious about my interest in the position. One thing to keep in mind is that some interviewers are looking at potential candidates, but don't have openings yet. I don't think asking about that during the interview would be taboo. They seemed open to questions from the interviewee as well.

I sent in my online application through taleo. Within just a few days to a week, UAB Human Resources emailed me to schedule a virtual interview with a UAB pharmacy interview panel. The interview went well but it turned out they wanted a full time flex versus a part time flex tech position that I would need while in school.
