I applied online. Within three to four weeks I received a call from human resource to set up an interview with the hiring manager. After that interview and a little over a week later, I received another call from human resource congratulating me an opportunity to have a second (peer interview) with manager and two nurses. The interview was short . The manager didn't ask me any question, but the nurses asked me the same questions from the first interview.
