I had 4 interviews: first the internal recruiter, followed by the hiring manager, an HR officer and finally, the person that was in the position to be filled.
The interviews with the recruiter and HR flowed well, as did the interview with the incumbent.
The hiring manager went through a predetermined list of behavioural questions. I found the process unnatural and awkward.

Despite my preparation, the most challenging questions were behavioural questions due to the awkwardness I felt.
Only did the online test, which included both verbal reasoning, logical reasoning and behavioural components to it. Appreciated that post-test, candidates will be emailed a report with how you faired and what they gleaned from the test.

The interview with HR is pleasant and friendly, the rest of the process is lengthy. There are 3 rounds and they take time to get back with next steps / decision.
Had to do an online assessment. The results of the online assessment was above average, but didn't receive an invitation for a personal interview. There was no need to have this assessment done.
