I submitted an online application. After about two days, they asked me to do an online test. After the online test, I got a link from UBS to get to the video interview. It was a video interview in which you had to register yourself and answer in 2 minutes to their questions. There were motivational and competency based questions.

Standard level of difficulty, nothing too technical.
They cared mainly about motivations for global markets, situational judgement and past experiences /how you could implement that into the role. Overall, it is what you would expect
Was required to talk mainly about activities outside of econ and ability to collaborate in teams. Not too tight for time but important to just try stay calm even if you find a question difficult.
