I submitted the application minutes before the deadline. They got back the next day and gave me a week to do a numerical test and "a day at UBS" video test where you get given different situations and you had to rank the responses. I got a reply within 3 hours and was invited to do a video interview. I was given 3 days for this. After this, they took about a week to offer me a position.
