I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Charlotte, NC) in May 2024
Interview
First they step up a phone interview. Then a few days after that I had a zoom interview. Last step was they wanted to meet in in person for a final interview. They got back to me in less than a week after the in person interview.
overall smooth process as I applied online and had initial contact the day right after about 2 weeks after the first round for final round interviews - 2 hr final round interviews
Pretty smooth process. First round interview with the recruiter then final round is a back to back interview with financial advisors. The process was pretty straightforward and got a quick response.
