I actually think I screwed up the video interview badly, but surprisingly two months later they gave me a assessment centre. Shortest AC ever, 1 hour, two interviews, competency and commercial. Honestly the names of the interviews don't speak for themselves, every other candidate that was there had different interviewers and got asked completely different questions. For example, I was asked to write down some code on a paper, for a very simple question, noone else had any sort of coding question, more like knowledge based interview. I guess it might be preferable to call the second interview a "Technical Interview" instead of a "Commercial Interview" which kinda doesn't make any sense. Good thing is I destroyed the competition, and received an offer over the phone today. Super glad and I think I will accept it.
