Interview
Simple application form, followed by the usual assessment tests (numerical, situation judgement, verbal reasoning), for which they gave me 7 days to complete.
After a few days, I received an invitation for a video interview to be completed by the end of the next day. Video interview consisted of 8 questions. 30-60 seconds preparation time and 1-2:30 mins for an answer.

- An example of a time when you have built an effective working relationship with someone.
- An example of a time when you challenges status quo.
- An example when you had to make key decisions and how they affected the situation.
