The application process for the internship as a junior consultant consisted of 4 parts (cultural fit- & quantitative ability test; recording of video interview; phone interview; in-person interview). For the in-person interview as well as the telephone interview, I was interviewed by the two hiring managers. They were solely held in english. The women were very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The conversation lasted a bit more than one hour. Apart from the behavioural part, I was asked questions related to the position to test my creativity, structured thinking and communicative ability. Of course I was also given time to ask questions. Overall, it was a good experience.
