Interview
The interview was mainly positive. What was required was several meetings, when each lasted for 1 hour. The company was asking about pervious experience and also how I see the process to be implemented. One of the meeting was about solving the task. Time given for the task was 1 hour and after that 1 hour of explaining.
Very straightforward, i really liked the interviewers style they were very informative towards me and allowed me to ask many questions. Most of the interview was about management styles, and working alongside others in the team

It has been a long interview process with a lot of interviews which was also a good thing as I could get to know some of the people and more info about the organization.
