Interview
i had 1 first very nice interview with the hiring manager, then a more formal one with 2 member of the team with more formal competencies questions. after that, an interview with HR. then i have been told that i need to see a stakeholder, so i had a last interview with a stakeholder and the hiring manager. all good, i received an email with the offer. HR said that everything was good and this will not takes time etc... After waiting 3 weeks for the last sign off (and having no news from HR...), the status of my application changed from "your are joining the team" to "you are not a match". I have been informed by internal colleagues that they are doing a reorganisation.
It was the last round of an interview. I connected and did the interview for the position and it was around 45 minutes long. I was ask different stuff from different fields related to risk management

Interview
Video Interview , consisting of 8 questions which were typical competency questions, such as when have you dealt with a difficult teammate, when have you shown leadership in a situation, etc...
Interview was pretty Straight forward, heavily concept based. Need to understand general capital market, product concept, and risk factors. Good understanding of data is a plus. Also need to demonstrate good communication skills, written skills, and time management skills.
