The Interview was for Admin role scheduled at UBS Pune office. The process took about 1 week. My Interviewe was scheduled at 11.30 am but the HR took about 2 Hrs to process my first round of interview which was a Technical Round then i was told to wait for the result after 30 min or so she said that i have cleared my first round and since the panel is not available she will schedule next round and will inform accordingly. Then the next round was a VC technical round with onsite guy which lasted about 60 Min. The next day i was told that i have cleared the second round as well and they want me to meet with their Manager for fitment round which will be followed by HR round. The fitment round was just to know about the project and process that i was working on and my past experience, etc. which was pretty easy. Then the HR came and had last round of interview where she asked the general "HR" related question followed by negotiation. She even offered me hike on my current CTC which was less than expected to which i told her to send me a breakup so that i can relate and confirm accordingly. But since then she never came back and when followed with the consultancy she said i have been placed but they want some more people to correlate before releasing offer. After 15 days follow up out of the blue i was told that the response is negative. I was like..? what .. ? How come..? to which they have not given any response. I had a very bad experience with UBS pune. Their process is pathetic and they wont give you any reason why they have not released offer.
