There were 5 rounds of interview sessions. Each interviewers know their roles in the interview sessions, ensuring there are no overlaps in terms of questions asked and areas assessed about a candidate.
Online assessment first with the aptitude test, then invited to a round of interviews with the directors onsite at their office, heard back within 2 weeks time with the results
