Interview
Interview process was good but too lengthy.
The results of previous interview were provided post 15-20 days
There were 3 technical/managerial and 1 hr interview.
Post HR interview -they took 1 week to come up with compensation.
Little negotiation happened - post which me and HR came to common compensation.
They said they will roll out offer letter post 1 week.
After 1 week- no mail yet.
I followed HR- she said another one week as its in approval process.
Again after one week - No mail.
I followed HR again- she replied same thing and asked for 1 week.
After exactly 25 days of negotiation- HR called and said they cannot generate the offer letter as there are organisational restructuring going on hence not sure where there is requirement or not.
The whole process took 3 months.

It was an Online interview session over Teams, however the interview lasted for 30 mins and in first round it was a panelist. It was confirmed to be on Teams. The question asked in the interview was difficult as they wanted to hire for senior role
