Interview process was very straight forward. No challenging questions. Pretty much a get to know you, and why you want to work in the industry. Make sure you have an answer as to why wealth management.

Three interviews in total. Two calls, and then a final in-person interview. Your performance matters on all interviews (including the calls) so make sure to connect with your interviewers. I had a very personal referral so I had good odds but make sure you practice connecting your resume to the traits and qualities the firm is seeking in the job posting!
