AON Verbal reasoning test - easy test - read and answer question that follows , key is to finish as many questions possible in 12 minutes you need to complete 49 questions. I thought it would be difficult but it's possible questions were very straightforward. Mostly everyone gets questions on Evergreen company a sample test is available online do go through it. 2. Motion Challenge - A block puzzle game - move blocks and make way for ball, very easy but you need to quickly finish as many level with fewest moves possible 3. Situation judgement test - what will you do in a particular situation , choose positive answers, if all options are negative choose least negative. 4. Cultural appraisal test- to check how you'll approach various day to day challenges related to colleagues, boss, customer, integrity, etc. Usually to shortlist from a very big crowd they'll ask you to take these tests, otherwise with a referral you only need to give cultural appraiser test. Followed by technical round and then HR. I'm waiting for the results of the tests I gave.
