Interview
Nach Abschicken des Lebenslaufes und der Cover Letter wird man aufgefordert zwei Tests zu absolvieren. Der situative Test ist relativ einfach lösbar. Der numerische Test hingegen ist sehr schwer: binnen 90 Sekunden müssen diverse Rechnungen gelöst werden, durch die Stresssituation ist dies zusätzlich erschwert.
Video interview, 7 questions in total, 6 of them were interview questions, the last one was additional comments that candidates wanted to include. For each question, candidates will be given 2 minutes for preparation, and 2 minutes for delivering their answers.
