interview process is standard and straight forward, there is online test before interview is arrange by hr department. it is one hour interview duration with one of director after it is arrange with HR deparment.

Screening is imho done with bots so your CV is not checked by humans at first. Many times they say that your CV is impressive and they will share it with the hiring Mgr but they send you a rejection nevertheless (happened to me 10+ times already)
