I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Sydney) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was quite challenging and quite different from the traditional approach people use for interviews. My interviewer went straight for the jugular and asked me questions about my experience. I feel they were trying to figure out how well I work under pressure. I didn't get the role because my experience didn't match, but it was a fun and learning experience for me.
