Interview
Written test，HR and Senior Analyst. Three rounds of interview. Not very tough，but still stressful. Nice people with prfessionalism. Good experience in a word. Results came one month after the interview.
Asked a lot of technical questions eg what’s going on in the news, how that related to the division. Also quite motivational based too. Make sure you know valuation techniques well before the hirevue too
It was the video interviewing part. There were about 5-6 questions asked. Overall these were not difficult but you need some basic understanding about business valuation. I would suggest applicants to do some research on the technical side if they don't come straight from a finance background.
