Fast process. 2 interviews back to back. All behavioral. Mostly just about why UBS, why this role and your background. More in-depth questions were about how to deal with problems and when have you had failures.
Pretty chill. One phone screening and a 45 minute interview. The interview was with two people who took turns asking me about my resume, why I wanted the job, and then I spent about ten minutes asking them questions.

Two in person 45 min interview (same day) The interviewers seem to be intimidating on purpose and will comment of your responses immediately. It felt disrespectful. The process was somewhat disorganized and the second guy I interviewed with didn’t even know I was coming in. Overall not very welcoming or friendly
Just be prepared and friendly. Know what you are talking about. Ask questions, be confident in yourself project your voice. Talk about your experiences and how it shaped you to become a better person.
