Interview
Initial online application, followed by three online assessments which consisted of: situational judgement, verbal reasoning, logic based puzzles. It took approximately 90 minutes to complete the assessments and you're provided an auto generated report on how you performed after.
I performed better than most/average applicants according to the report and waited a few days for an update. After 4 days I received a rejection email with personal feedback or information. This was rather inconsiderate as not only a large amount of my time was put into the online application but the assessments also, and despite doing well on them according to the report still getting a standard rejection email. The very least UBS could do is provide some information or feedback as to why I wasn't taken forward after performing reasonably well.
If they put this little consideration and ethics into their hiring process for a client orientated role, I hate to think the quality of services they're actually providing for their clients.
