I completed the initial assessment round prior to interviews. The questions and style are exactly what was described on accessible sources online. First part was inductive reasoning, identify trends within shapes and then select those shapes which follow the same rules. Second part was numerical reasoning, basic calculations and interpretation from graphs and diagrams. Not easy, but one of the most enjoyable interviews I have been through, due to real interest in the candidates history and knowledge. Interviewers were chill and genuinely interested in the person interviewed. Questions were not easy, but not ultra hard.
