Hirevue after passing automatic screening. Seven questions were asked. There were also assessment centre type of tests with feedback reports sent after completion. Depending on function, the test will differ. Also includes cultural fit questions.
Summer Intern program for the COO department. The process included a Hirevue, online tests (30 minutes, personality and aptitude), and then two video call interviews. These were with different team MDs, mid-seniority. Questions required knowledge of investment banking workflows and process, minimal financial technicals.
It was pretty straightforward and the questions were practical and what you would expect. They asked a lot about my resume. They were very welcoming. I was told there would be two rounds but there was only one.
